...I'm sure this is going to go down like a lead balloon around here.
Another rehearsal in a Dandara flat.

Sure, although it's probably going to be after TT week now. I'll post gigs on Manxbands when we're sorted.

Not bad - I presume because you're in a flat the singer couldn't let herslef go for it?
This is my favourite cover of Groove...

...she's possibly being a bit over-cautious as we don't do a retake if we muck it up.. And yeah, it's in a flat, with no audience, no Dutch courage beforehand!

Au contraire, I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't worry about the production values (although it sounded fine to me on my Apple laptop); compared to the plug-in-and-go bands, and I include our band in this, your approach is vastly more sophisticated and I'm sure it will pay off if you can find the right venues (perhaps not the Creek for example, much as I love the place).
Deee-liteful; all you need now is to dress up like Lady Miss Kier. :-)
P.S. reference the Creek - this is open to misinterpretation. What I was thinking is that the Creek tends to get a bit "intimate" and bits of gear have been known to go flying thanks to enthusiastic dancing; not exactly what you want with a high-tech set-up.
